Dental Insurance and Discounts

 

Lewis & Clark offers two options available for the 2012-13 academic year. Please note: you do not have to be enrolled in the medical plan offered by Aetna Student Health to participate in one of these two dental programs.

 

Option One:

Willamette Dental  - TrueCare Oregon Individual Plan

This coverage gives you simple access to dental care at one of the many Willamette Dental Group, P.C. dental offices in the Portland area.  Routine and preventive services are covered with low copayments.  Major services (including orthodontic treatment) are covered following a six month waiting period, at substantial savings. 

 There are no annual maximum or deductibles. Preventive and routine services are covered with low copayments. Major services & orthodontic treatment are covered after you have been on their plan for six (6) months at substantial savings. Monthly premiums start at $34.00.Willamette Dental has more than 50 dental office locations located throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Some of their office locations include downtown Portland, NE Weidler, SE Stark, Eastport, Milwaukie, Gresham, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin and Hillsboro. Option Two:

Aetna Dental^® PPO - Insured Dental Product

With our Aetna Dental^® PPO plan, you can choose to visit a participating or non-participating dentist for care. Benefit summary and premium rates for this product are available online with Aetna Student Health.
