College of Arts and Sciences Summer Sessions at Lewis & Clark College

Summer Sessions

2008 Session I: May 19 - June 27, 2008

2008 Session II: June 30 - August 8, 2008

Spend the summer at Lewis & Clark to experience Portland’s best season, while taking college courses in a relaxed environment.

Summer Sessions enables you to meet general education requirements, take classes in your major, or focus on a new subject just for fun. You can earn up to 9 semester credits in each of our two 6-week sessions. And during the summer we offer discounted tuition rates.

We offer a variety of courses – topics range from the introductory and popular to the offbeat and unusual. Our small classes and close student-teacher interaction foster an exceptional academic experience.

Before registering, you may want to contact your academic advisor and/or prospective professors to learn more about the course material and any prerequisites. Then prepare yourself for a rewarding six weeks!

To create your ideal summer, take a look at the 2008 preliminary course list and email us with any questions. Registration opens in early March 2008.
