PSY 105-01 - Perspectives in Film: Orson Welles

Taught by: Tom Schoeneman

Content: An introduction to the films of Orson Welles. We will view Welles' major films as an internatonal director (including Citizen Kane, The Magnificent Ambersons, The Lady from Shanghai, Touch of Evil, Chimes at midnight, and others). We will also consider his work in radio and as a film actor. Readings will include film criticism, biography, and interviews.

Prerequisite: None.
