Q. Who is eligible to participate in the program?

A.Eligible persons include faculty members with tenure or tenure track appointments or staff members in student support areas. For specifics, See "Eligibility Requirements" on this web page:http://www.lclark. edu/~cas/faculty/ housingsummary.htm.

Q. How do I find out more about the program?

A. Check the website and if you have additional questions contact Moira Domann (503-768-7801).

B. Fill out an Interested Party Form and return to MSC 27 or fax to x7937.

Q. How are properties priced?

A. Properties are appraised by a certified appraiser for both land value and value of improvements. The College retains title to the land and sells the improvements, making the cost of a home more affordable.

Q. What is the surrounding area like?

A. Just minutes from downtown Portland, the College and surrounding area is "walking distance" to lush Tryon Creek State Park, a 641-acre Oregon State Park with 8 miles of hiking trails, 3.5 miles of horse trails and 3 miles of bicycle trails. It is within a convenient distance of shopping areas and supermarkets.

A. Capitol Hill Elementary, Jackson Middle School and Wilson High School.
