The registration fee covers the cost of the two-day conference and includes continental breakfast and lunch for both days. Members of the National Alliance of Victim Rights Attorneys (NAVRA) receive a 10% tuition discount.
$149.00 - "Early Bird" tuition (received on or before May 21)
$199.00 - Regular tuition (received after May 21)

TTAC SCHOLARSHIPS
The Office for Victims of Crime Professional Development Scholarship Program helps victim service providers with limited budgets or resources to take advantage of continuing education opportunities. Scholarship awards can cover tuition fees, transportation and lodging expenses, meals and other incidentals. Applications are due 45 days prior to the event.
If you apply to the scholarship program, you will be required to submit an estimated budget. The following information is provided to help you determine what it might cost to stay in Portland for the two-day conference:
The room rate for guests attending the conference is $91.00 a night (not including a 12.5% hotel tax). A shuttle or taxi from the Portland airport to the conference location is approximately $30-$40; public transportation costs far less. Tuition for the conference includes breakfast and lunch; the per diem meal rate of $20.00 is substantial enough to cover dinner at most Portland restaurants.
