Oregon Law Institute (OLI), the CLE Department of Lewis & Clark Law School, is pleased to offer a great opportunity for individuals and firms or groups to attend our programs at a bargain rate.
Our pass offers real flexibility. Start your OLI Annual Pass when YOU want to. Start the first of any month through January 1, 2008 and your OLI pass is good for the next 365 days.
OLI Is Committed to You, the Practitioner
OLI has been offering continuing legal education seminars since 1978. As a statewide CLE provider, we strive to meet the needs of legal professionals at the lowest practical cost while still producing the highest caliber of programming.
With the OLI Pass, you pay only a $15 registration fee with advance registration for most live programs and video replays. Once you have the OLI Pass, you will look at our program brochures differently. Instead of asking “Can I afford to attend this course?” you will ask “Will this course make me a better lawyer?” Simply complete the enclosed application form designating the type of Pass you wish to purchase and the date you wish it to start.
If you are unable to attend a seminar or if you need information from past seminars, the OLI pass offers a 50% discount on our books, audiotapes, and videotapes!

- INDIVIDUAL PASS - $475
- INDIVIDUAL PASS RENEWAL - $425 (Individual Pass is not transferrable and non-assignable. Individual Pass cannot be used by anyone other than the individual to whom the Pass is issued.)
- NEW LAWYER PASS - 50% off - pay only $237.50 (A special rate for new lawyers admitted in 2005 or later.)
- PARALEGAL PASS - $475 (Paralegal Pass is not transferrable and nonassignable.)
- FIRM OR GROUP PASS - $875
- FIRM OR GROUP PASS RENEWAL - $795 (This Pass is transferrable within a firm or group. Any member of the firm or group may use the Pass to attend an individual program (i.e., only one person may use the Pass for each seminar. Firms or groups may, however, purchase more than one Pass. If the group is not a firm or governmental office, the names of each group member must be listed at the time the Pass is purchased and use of the Pass will be limited to the listed names.

There is a $15 registration fee with advance registration for most live programs and video replays. The following programs do not qualify for the $15 rate:
- Programs offered through a contractual arrangement with a national speaker or organization;
- Regional conferences and Lewis & Clark Law School-sponsored programs;
- Video replay and satellite programs offered by ALI-ABA, ABA, and PLI through our agreement with the American Law Network; and
- Online seminars offered through LegalSpan.
In addition, the following terms apply:
- All registrations are subject to our normal late fee, cancellation, and handling fee policies. Any luncheons offered at programs are not included in the OLI Pass.
- Each person who attends a program will receive one copy of the course materials.
- OLI reserves the right to change or cancel program plans if circumstances warrant.
- OLI Pass holders will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of OLI books, audiotapes, videotapes, and video rentals. This discount is not available with other discounts, special offers, sales, or coupons.
- Under no circumstances will the term of any Pass be extended beyond the 12-month period you select.
- Oregon Law Institute reserves the right to limit the number of Passes issued.
- It is your responsibility to use the Pass when registering for a seminar and to pay the appropriate Pass tuition.
- To ensure a spot, register at least two weeks prior to the seminar date.
