This newest edition includes annotations for both Disciplinary Rules and pertinent portions of ORS Chapter 9. The annotations cover Oregon Supreme Court and trial panel disciplinary decisions through January 1, 2003 as well as formal ethics opinions adopted through February 2003 by the Oregon State Bar Board of Governors. In addition, cross-references to directly pertinent or related sections of The Ethical Oregon Lawyer (Oregon CLE 2003) are included.
