Hon. Robert D. Durham is an Associate Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court. Justice Durham received his B.A. from Whittier College, his J.D. from University of Santa Clara School of Law, and his L.L.M. in Judicial Process from University of Virginia School of Law. He is past president of the Oregon Appellate Judges Association and has been a member of the criminal law committee of the Oregon Judicial Conference since 1998.
