Hon. Timothy J. Sercombe is a Judge with the Oregon Court of Appeals. Judge Sercombe received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his J.D., honors graduate from the University of Oregon School of Law. Prior to joining the Court of Appeals in 2007, Judge Sercombe practiced law at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP (1991-2007) and Harrang Long Gary Rudnick PC (1977-1991). He is a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association and the Oregon Appellate Judges Association.
