September 2012, Presenting the draft institution-wide strategic plan to the College community

October 2012, Presenting the draft institution-wide strategic plan to the Board of Trustees

January 2013, Presenting the completed institution-wide strategic plan to College community

 

Phase 3, Implementing the Short-Term Goals

February 2013 to May 2016, Implementing the institution-wide strategic plan’s short-term goals

 

Phase 4, Planning for and Achieving Long-Term Goals

June 2016 to May 2017, Converting the 2013 long-term goals into short-term goals
