When visiting Lewis & Clark for the first time, use Entry Gate 3 and visit the Campus Safety building. There, you can obtain a campus map, register your vehicle for an ePermit (virtual permit) to park on campus, and ask for directions on which parking lot to use.
Parking at Lewis & Clark requires an ePermit during the fall and spring semesters, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Parking is free after 7 p.m. weekdays, as well as on weekends. During the summer (mid-May through August), ePermits are required only for parking in staff spaces on the Law and Graduate campuses. Reserved parking for disabled visitors is distributed throughout lots on all three campuses.
Visitor and Guest Parking Options
Lewis & Clark offers the following parking options to our visitors and guests:
Visitor Parking Passes
Visitor ePermits are available for online purchase. For your convenience, you can buy a parking pass, for the day of your planned visit or event, before arriving on campus.
All visitors, including alumni and others in personal vehicles, must go to the Transportation and Parking ePermit system to create a unique login and purchase an ePermit. Visitors can also access the ePermit system at the Office of Campus Safety and at vending machines in lots B, C, D, and O. Individuals attending special events or conferences at Lewis & Clark during regulated hours are also required to purchase an ePermit. Visitor ePermits cost $4 when purchased before 4 p.m. and $2 when purchased after 4 p.m.
Guest Parking Passes
Guests of Lewis & Clark may park in specially designated reserved spaces at Entry Gate 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Those eligible for guest permits include prospective students, parents of prospective students, parents of current students, job applicants, and other guests of Lewis & Clark.
