You must meet one of the following requirements to purchase academically discounted equipment and software:

1. A student who is enrolled in a course of study leading to a degree or certificate.
2. An entering student who has been accepted to the Institution, signed a letter of intent to enroll, and submitted a non-refundable deposit or payment to the Institution.
3. A faculty member.
4. A staff member who is directly associated with the Institution's academic mission who is not employed on a temporary basis, employed as a contractor, or acting as a consultant on behalf of the Institution.

Computer equipment and software purchases are limited as follows:

• One Dell computer system per academic year (July 1 through June 30)
• One Apple PowerMac, iMac, eMac, PowerBook, or iBook per academic year (July 1 through June 30)
• Two Apple displays per academic year (July 1 through June 30)
• Two copies of each Adobe Educational Software Product per academic year
