Thunderbird is a excellent e-mail program that allows you to manage your e-mail with ease. It has many features in common with Mulberry which it replaces as well new features that many of you have asked for.

Among the features we think you will like are:

  1. All your Mulberry messages and folders are accessible in Thunderbird. (IMAP Compliant)
  2. Displays HTML messages and inline graphics.
  3. Ability to send e-mail from home without relaying issues.
  4. Access to the LC Directory for addressing e-mails on-campus.
You must install the program on your computer to be able to use it. You can download the customized installer from Information Technology (use the links of the installation instructions page).
IMPORTANT: In New Account Setup, select “LC Users: Choose this to setup your Email Account”

The IT customized installer includes some pre-configured settings to save you some set-up time. We also included a few extensions we thought you would find useful. Get download and installation instructions here.
