SPRING

A gentleman reaches for another blossom to add to his bouquet as he turns to gaze at the young woman who stands beside him. She carries her shawl in one hand and an umbrella over her shoulder. Behind her a boy or young man offers a flower to a small girl. Spring is a companion print to Stampa's Winter, catalogued by Dorothy George (BMC 9662).
