ISALC: ESL 382: Computer Applications - Fall 1998

My name is Amane Nagamoto and I am from Japan. I am 20 years old. I have been here for one year, but my English is not so good. I have to study more. My family is kind of big. I have parents, grandparents, one older sister and an older brother. My sister is a good friend to me, but my brother always competes with me, so I do not like my brother. My father's job is teacher. He teaches Japanese and he is very strict with me.

I like to play any kind of sports like soccer, basketball and snowboarding. I belong to the Lewis and Clark College soccer team. I have many good friends on this team. This summer I played basketball a lot. Actually I have played basketball just three months, but basketball has become one of the my favorite sports. Also snowboarding is one of my hobbies just for fun.

I like dolphins and whales very much. They are so cute and I like their eyes which are very pretty. In my future I want to be a dolphin trainer or something involved with dolphins.
