Presentation Outline

Within a framework of content-based instruction, teachers can provide the opportunity for ESL/EFL students to write for a meaningful audience, collaborate during the inquiry/writing process, have access to information to fulfill writing tasks, receive guidance in developing appropriate writing styles, and participate in stimulating writing activities/projects. Integrating computers into the curriculum can help classroom teachers meet these objectives and also facilitate students' understanding of the content material presented in the course.
