NOTE: The current form of the TOEFL is the iBT (Internet-based TOEFL). The only resource below that deals specifically with iBT is from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). The iBT is substantially different from either the paper-based or computer-based TOEFL. While all the sites listed are useful for practicing your English language skills, the ETS site is best to prepare you specifically for iBT.

Level 300 and up.

Cutting Edge CALL Demos Computer-based TOEFL Preparation Quiz (Jim Duber) - This quiz is based on the Computer-based TOEFL information bulletin. You will need to first go to the link above and download and read the bulletin carefully. After you finish reading the bulletin, you can take the quiz. It is a good idea to know the information in the bulletin before studying for the computer-based TOEFL exam.

The Educational Testing Service (ETS) is the organization that creates and distributes the TOEFL. Look there first for a preparation overview. If you register (free), you can access free practice materials. For students who have registered for the iBT, there are also preparation materials at no charge. Also, check the TIPS section for suggestions on how to prepare for iBT.
