YOUR INVESTIGATION:


You are a world renowned travel consultant and some of the most famous people are your clients. This time you've hit the jackpot...the president of the United States has asked you to plan his next travel itinerary, a two week tour of the U.S. and several foreign countries. This is his "Good Will" tour and you need to be thorough.

Select several U.S. and foreign cities for him to travel to. He will need to know a variety of facts which you will provide in a travel booklet for him. Plan your tour booklet with the order of the stop- overs in mind. Select the cities with the special needs of the president in mind.


QUESTIONS TO ANSWER:

1. What is the distance between cities of travel?
   
2. What is the heading that you will have to give to the pilot?
   
3. Where is the county seat of the U.S. cities?
   
4. What is the population and elevation and why would the president want to know that?
   
5. Include a map print-out and possible driving directions.
