There is no required casebook or other book for this class (I list some reccomended reading from Lawrence Lessig, Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace (Basic Books 1999), the book store has copies in stock). This web site will provide links or citations for all of the required readings. Therefore, as the course description for this course states, you must have web access to take this class. In addition to having web access, you must have a functioning email account. If you do not use your Lewis & Clark school account, but use a different service provider for email, please let me know by emailing me at: loren@lclark.edu. You should also forward email from your lclark.edu account to the account you actually check.
