In this course we will examine an extremely dynamic and emerging field of law -- where the legal world collides with the world of cyberspace. There is no casebook or other book for this class. This web site will be your course material. Therefore, as the course description for this course states, you must have web access to take this class. In addition to having web access, you must have a functioning email account.
