" Students Engaged in Eco-Defense (SEED) is a student run Lewis & Clark College organization dedicated to environmental stewardship at local, regional and global levels. The mission of SEED is to organize, educate and engage members of the campus community through many forms of environmental activism. SEED provides a venue for students to network, pool resources and unite their creative energies. SEED serves as an invalueable entity of the campus community by providing continuous pressure towards progressive environmental policies and a more sustainable future. "
