The Womyn's Center exists to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for action and discussion. The Womyn's Center is not a person, nor a group of people. It is a place, a room, a safe space for everyone. The actions and words of the Womyn's Center do not and cannot reflect everyone's opinions, but we try to be representative on all issues. There are some things that we do not tolerate in the Center; this includes any kind of hatred of people and any behaviors, words or actions that are anti-woman. The Womyn's Center is a resource provided by the student government (thank you ASLC), run by students, for students. Everyone, regardless of gender, race, class, sexual orientation, religion, physical ability, or ethnicity is welcome. |
