  • Image preview All Day: Soup, Socks, and Snugglies Donation Drive Runs Through Dec. 15
Please join the community effort and bring a smile to someone’s face this holiday season. Donation bins are located at various locations around campus.
  • Image preview 12:00pm: Employee Fitness - Cardio Soccer
Cardio Soccer is taught by a Student Athlete Instructor on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00-12:45pm on the Turf/Track at Griswold Stadium, or in the Pamplin Gym Foyer, if the weather is not cooperating :-)  You don’t need to know how to play soccer to participate.  Improve your cardio fitness and coordination with speed, agility, and quickness training that challenges your footwork and movement patterns.
  • Image preview 12:00pm: Employee Activity Group - Field Games
It’s fun and informal.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can play.  Games will alternate between Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee.  It happens on the Turf inside the Track at Griswold Stadium on Tuesday from 12 noon - 1:00 pm.
