    Cardio Tennis is taught by Jimmy Chau, Tennis Coach, on Mondays & Wednesdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Indoor Tennis Dome, or on the outdoor courts, weather permitting.

    Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving!
  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS - METCON FITNESS

    Learn the basics and progressions of fundamental power and olympic lifting.  Conclude each work-out with high intensity “metcon” incorporating weight and gymnastic movements.  Great for those seeking to learn or progress their weight lifting skills.

  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY - ROWING (ERGOMETER)
    It’s fun and a full body work-out.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can learn the machine.  Come to practice and sweat with others.  It happens in the Crew Team Room in the Basement of Zehntbauer Swim Pavilion on Mondays from 12-1 pm.

    Sundays and Thursdays, 8pm-10pm, at Griswold Stadium.

  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS - CORE & STRETCH
    Core & Stretch is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Tuesdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Class Room 10 Downstairs in the Pamplin Center.

    Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles.

    Sundays and Thursdays, 8pm-10pm, at Griswold Stadium.

  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY - WATER RUNNING
    It’s fun and feels good to run with little or no impact forces on the body.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can learn to run in the water…it’s instinctive.  No swimming skills are required.  If you run in the deep, buoyancy belts are available.  It happens in the Zehntbauer Swim Pavilion Pool on Wednesdays from 12-1 pm.
