  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS: CARDIO TENNIS
    Cardio Tennis is taught by Jimmy Chau, Tennis Coach, on Mondays & Wednesdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Indoor Tennis Dome, or on the outdoor courts, weather permitting.   Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving!
  • Image preview 12:30pm: EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY - FIELD GAMES
    It’s fun and informal.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can play.  Games will alternate between Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee.  It happens on the Turf inside the Track at Griswold Stadium (moving inside to Pamplin Gym when the rains come) on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30 pm.
  • Image preview 1:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS: WEIGHT ROOM CIRCUIT
    Weight Room Circuit is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm, in the Pamplin Fitness Center/Weight Room.  This class is for all levels of fitness.  Starting with dynamic movement and ending with active stretching, each work-out will consist of 5 or more exercises (pull, push, squat, core, high metabolic) rotating and repeating that will help you increase strength and stamina.

  • Image preview 10:19am: All-campus Earthquake Drill on 10/19 at 10:19 a.m.
    On October 19, at 10:19 a.m., the Lewis & Clark community will participate in the Great Oregon Shakeout earthquake drill, which consists primarily of 60 seconds of “drop, cover, and hold on.”
  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS: X-TRAIN
    X-Train is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Pamplin Center Gym Foyer, or outside weather permitting.  Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.
