    Cardio Tennis is taught by Jimmy Chau, Tennis Coach, on Mondays & Wednesdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Indoor Tennis Dome, or on the outdoor courts, weather permitting.   Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving!

    As the Clothing Swap saying goes, “Bring what you have; take what you love.”

    X-Training is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Pamplin Center Gym Foyer, or outside weather permitting.  Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.

    Core & Stretch is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Fridays at 12-12:45 pm in the Class Room 019 Downstairs in the Pamplin Sports Center.

    Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles.  A variety of class formats will be presented.
