    X-Training is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Pamplin Center 019 Activity (Mat) Room, or outside weather permitting.  Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.

  • Image preview 1:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS: WEIGHT ROOM CIRCUIT
    Weight Room Circuit is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm, in the Pamplin Fitness Center/Weight Room.  This class is for all levels of fitness.  Starting with dynamic movement and ending with active stretching, each work-out will consist of 5 exercises (pull, push, squat, core, high metabolic) rotating and repeating that will help you increase strength and stamina.

    It’s fun and social.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can walk together.  Walking is the most natural way to develop and maintain your fitness. It happens on Mondays from 12 noon - 1:00 pm.  Meet at the Law School at the front door of the Legal Research Center.

    It’s fun and social.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can ride together on a stationary bike.  It happens on Fridays from 12 noon - 1:00 pm.  Meet in the Foyer of the Pamplin Gym.
