The Service Desk loans equipment at its equipment checkout window by reservation, or on a first come first served basis. Academic instructional support always takes priority over other uses. Please call 503-768-7225 to reserve equipment and schedule a pickup and return time. You may also request equipment by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also reserve equipment online. Instructions for using the SiSo self serve checkout system can be found here.

During the academic year, our equipment checkout window is open Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM and Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
During the summer and winter breaks, our equipment checkout window is open 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Reserve equipment as far in advance as possible, especially for high demand items like our camcorders. Our standard loan period is one week for most items; if you need something for longer, stop by and fill out an extended loan request two days before you plan to pick up the equipment.
Failure to return equipment on time is likely to deprive other clients of its use, and will result in an immediate fine of $10 per calendar day. Borrowing privileges are revoked after the third late return.
