Project Stage: Planning Project Summary: The project is intended to maintain support for EMS by upgrading to a supported version. Project Lead: Thomas Stephenson Relevant changes following completion: Based on recommendations from the vendor, and request from the Application Administrator in Events, the IT staff proposes an upgrade to EMS 4.0. Anticipated service disruptions: Additional considerations: EMS is a scheduling application that we currently use to schedule our classes and events. We are currently using version 3.0 of EMS which will lose vendor support in October of 2016. If we upgrade to their current version (4.0) or their upcoming version (EMS 2016) then we will maintain our support agreement with the vendor. |
