Lewis & Clark has a signed agreement for Google Apps for Education, also knows as GSuite. This agreement includes GMail, Google Calendar, Google Groups, Google Drive and Google Sites. Other Google applications are not included in our Google agreement.
Moodle is a Learning Management System used by faculty to provide an online element to their courses. It is used to deliver course materials, facilitate discussions, manage assignments and provide a hub for courses. In a few instances for the Graduate School and Law school, Moodle is used for the delivery of online courses.
Additionally, Lewis & Clark also uses Moodle for placement testing and some organizations and offices utilize Moodle for the distribution of secure materials.
Zoom is a cloud-based software which combines video conferencing, online meetings, and mobile collaboration into one platform. As the officially supported videoconferencing solution for LC, it is used institution wide for distance learning, meetings, interviews, and more. IT provides Pro accounts for faculty/staff.
