Date: October 4 2013 9:30am - 3:00pm Location: Templeton Campus Center
Templeton Campus Center
Lewis & Clark’s Venture Competition is an extended incubator experience, more than a traditional business plan competition. At this point, the five teams reaching the finals have completed both a two-month initial incubation stage, and a subsequent five-month development phase. In this final round of the 2013 venture program, the teams will be presenting on where they started, where they are today, what they have learned thus far and where they hope to go moving forward. A panel of business leaders and entrepreneurs will be serving as judges and awarding the seed funds.
Each of the five teams in the finals consists of at least two students or recent alumni from Lewis & Clark’s College of Arts and Sciences, Law School, or Graduate School of Education & Counseling. The L&C Venture Competition is designed to help teams develop any entrepreneurial venture, including non-profit, for-profit, and social enterprises.
