Yoga nidra is a a yogic practice that helps to withdraw the mind from the senses, and can lead to progressive release of muscular, emotional, and mental tensions. It can also help to support the development of a meditation practice.
Meditations this term will include a focus on seven predominant rays of light, with a different ray a focus of different meditation sessions.
