Legalizing Marijuana:  Will Legalizing Marijuana Undo the Disparate Impact on Minority Communities? – A discussion by Professor Michael Vitiello.
Professor Vitiello, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, has been writing about marijuana over 20 years ago and is currently co-authoring a marijuana casebook for West Academic Press. Join Professor Vitiello and the Lewis & Clark Law Review for a lunchtime discussion of marijuana legalization, racial disparity, and the hope for reform on Thursday, February 14th, in Room 1 from 12:10-1:10.
