Midday Mindfulness

In partnership with the Office of Spiritual Life, Human Resources, the Employee Engagement Committee, and the Office of Equity and Inclusion, Tori Leder (OEI) is offering a midday mindfulness meditation every Tuesday.

No previous experience with meditation or any mindfulness practice is necessary. All you need is yourself, a place to take a comfortable seat, and about 30 minutes. Partners and kiddos are welcome to join as well. Video is preferable for the practice but call-in is also doable.

As we individually and collectively navigate what it means to take care of ourselves and our communities, this is just one small resource Tori would like to share. If you have questions about this event please do not hesitate to reach out. RVSPs are appreciated but not required. This is a recurring event but you can attend any session when you have the time.
