Geocaching: A Treasure Hunt

Date: 11:00am - 12:00pm PDT October 25 Location: Sequoia Building

Geocaching is real-world outdoor treasure hunting game, and it’s a lot of fun! There are several geocaches right here on and near campus. You’ll learn how to use your smartphone as a GPS to find these treasures.

This is the perfect opportunity to take a break and get outdoors with your “pod mates”, or connect with other students and engage with nature in a creative way.

No Experience Necessary! This will be a fun and safe way to enjoy the sunshine with your “pod,” or sign up on your own to meet new people!

Covid-19 Mitigation:

  • Consider signing up with your “pod” mates
  • Masks and 6ft distancing required
  • Groups capped at 10 people (including leaders)

Meeting Place:
The Glade: the grassy circle between Pamplin and Frank Manor House. Look for the “College Outdoors” sign.
