Spend an afternoon foraging for mushrooms! There are tons of different fungi hiding right beneath your feet! Learn the different ways of ID’ing mushrooms and conditions permitting we might even find some edible ones you can take home to cook!

This is the perfect opportunity to take a break and get outdoors with your “pod mates, or connect with other students and learn to appreciate the nature outside your window in a whole new way.

No Experience Necessary! This will be a fun way to get off campus with your “pod,” or sign up on your own to meet new people!

Covid-19 Mitigation:

  • Consider signing up with your “pod” mates
  • Masks and 6 ft distancing required
  • Groups capped at 10 people (including leaders)

Meeting Place:
We’ll depart from the the reflecting pool behind Frank Manor House. Look for the “College Outdoors” sign.
