Himalayan Visions & Tibetan Voices is a 90 minute digital multi-media show consisting of over 225 of Brian Harris’s award winning images, and photographs of Seva’s sight restoration work in Asia. Along with the visual components, the show features specially composed music and recorded narration by Zasep Tulku Rinpoche and Iain Marrs.

Brian Harris is an award winning Canadian photographer who has dedicated his past 15 years’ work to using his images to raise money and awareness for Seva Canada’s sight restoration projects in Tibet, India, Nepal and Tanzania. This well known and extensive body of photographic images exclusively focuses on Buddhist Himalayan Culture.

Within this show, the audience is taken on a journey of the heart into another culture and beyond, into a world of compassion, humanity and service. Accompanying the compelling images are specially composed music, environmental sounds, sacred music and prayer, recorded narration by Zasep Tulku Rinpoche and Harris’s live commentary. There are 45 million blind in the world, 90% of these live in poverty. 80% of this blindness is either preventable or correctable and cataracts are the largest cause of correctable blindness. In Tibet, India, Nepal and Tanzania, Seva Canada is there, working to restore vision and lives.
