We m eet every Thursday for six weeks from 2:30-4pm\, you must be able to atte nd and commit to all six weeks. By signing up for this session you are co mmitting to meeting the following days: Sept 24th\, Oct 1st\, Oct 8th\, O ct 15th\, Oct 22nd\, and Oct 29th. Participants can expect to gain a dee per understanding of racism\, how racism operates on an individual and in stitutional level\, how to address racism they see at these levels\, and how to build coalition to make a cultural change to dismantle racism. All learning levels and positions are welcome\, folks in supervisory or mana gement roles are encouraged to enroll.
