The lush underst ory includes 9 different species of Ferns\, delicate Trillium flowers\, a nd even native Salmonberries and Huckleberries. We'll depart directly fr om campus to hike for about 2 hours\, depending on the pace and preferenc es of the group\, and we'll explore some of the best trails and hidden hi ghlights of the park. If you're not familiar with all the trails and secr et spots in Tryon\, sign up for this trip and learn your way around the t rail system! The nature center and all facilities are closed\, so be sure to bring what you'll need.No Experience Necessary!
