We' ll meet in front of Templeton and head out for about a 2-3 mile jog on th e trails\, with walking mixed in. This jog is all about self care and get ting out there regardless of your fitness level! The trails are mostly u neven\, sometimes steep\, and can be muddy if there is rain. This makes t he run a lot of fun! You need to have a mask very readily accessible aro und your neck or in your hand\, but while running we will be spread out a nd you can run without your mask up. When we pass someone on the trail\, you will need to be wearing your mask properly.Perfect for beginners! If you are new to trail running\, this is the place to start!
