Bonnie Bronson Fellows: 20 Years

A major collection of new art from some of the Pacific Northwest’s most influential contemporary artists. September 7-December 11, 2011

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Bonnie Bronson Fund, this exhibition debuts new work by the Bonnie Bronson Fellows, some of the Pacific Northwest’s most influential contemporary artists.

From September 7 to December 11, 2011, the Ronna and Eric Hoffman Gallery at Lewis & Clark will display work by the following artists:

The Hoffman Gallery is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. All gallery events are free; parking on campus is free on weekends. For information, call 503-768-7687. David Eckard: Deployment

(October 2-December 11, 2011)
The Art Gym at Marylhurst University will present a solo exhibition of work by 2010 Bronson Fellow David Eckard. An opening reception will take place Sunday, October 2 from 3-5 p.m. The Art Gym is located at 17600 Pacific Highway, Marylhurst; the gallery is open Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. For more information, visit marylhurst.edu/theartgym.

Reed College
The Bonnie Bronson Collection

The Douglas F. Cooley Memorial Art Gallery at Reed College will showcase its permanent Bronson collection with a newly produced walking-tour map and free public tours led by Cooley Gallery curator Stephanie Snyder and education outreach director Gregory MacNaughton 89. The map will be available in print or PDF from the Hoffman Gallery and the Cooley Gallery. The Cooley Gallery is located at 3203 SE Woodstock Boulevard, Portland; the gallery is open noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. For more information, visit reed.edu/gallery.

Portland Art Museum

The Museum will honor the 20th anniversary of the Bonnie Bronson Fund by exhibiting three Bonnie Bronson sculptures from the Museum’s permanent collection in the Northwest Galleries on the fourth floor of the Hoffman Wing. For more information, visit pam.org.
