Poetry reading by Jennifer Grotz 

The English department cordially invites you to a poetry reading by Jennifer Grotz on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 6pm in the Manor House, Armstrong Lounge. Refreshments will be provided.

Jennifer Grotz is the author of two books of poetry, The Needle and Cusp, as well as translator from the French of Patrice de La Tour du Pin’s Psalms of All My Days, forthcoming this winter from Carnegie Mellon University Press. Her poems, reviews, and translations from the French and Polish appear widely in journals such as the New England Review, American Poetry Review, The Nation, and in the Best American and Pushcart anthologies. She teaches poetry and translation at the University of Rochester and is the assistant director of the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference. She also teaches in the low-residency MFA program at Warren Wilson College.
