Lewis & Clark’s Graduate School of Education and Counseling has become one of two schools in the nation to be certified by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals to offer a graduate-level eating disorder certification program.

“Individuals suffering from eating disorders are an unrecognized and underserved population,” says Boyd Pidcock, associate professor of counseling psychology and coordinator of the graduate school’s addictions studies program. “This program gives mental health professionals the opportunity to be exposed to the best practices and research in the field of eating disorder treatment.”
