New to the Board

Lewis & Clark’s Board of Trustees recently welcomed two new members.

Jan Baisch JD ’74 is a Portland-based attorney who specializes in representing clients with claims involving personal injury and wrongful death. From 1997 to 2007, he served as an adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark Law School. He has also sponsored a trial advocacy seminar at the law school and regularly serves as a mentor to graduating law students. Baisch’s wife, Marcia, earned her MAT in 1974 from the graduate school.

Scott Dubchansky is a partner at Rimrock Capital Management, a California-based investment firm. Previously, Dubchansky was managing director and founding partner at Metropolitan West Asset Management (MetWest), an employee-owned investment firm focused on fixed-income portfolio management. Prior to founding MetWest, he spent 12 years as an institutional fixed-income salesman with several Wall Street firms. He is the father of Alison Dubchansky BA ’12, and he and his wife, Laurie, are members of the Parents Council at Lewis & Clark.
