Fields Center Capital Projects
Improvements to include computer lab cooling, new windows, carpet, paint and masonry restoration.

Fields Center will have many necessary repairs and maintenance during the summer. The computer lab in 209 will have dedicated mechanical cooling added to the space. All exterior windows of the building will be replaced. Scaffolding and lifts will be used to clean, repair and seal the masonry around the building. Painters will paint existing painted exterior surfaces and handrails. On the inside, common areas (corridors, classrooms, restrooms, etc.) will also be painted. Existing carpeted common spaces will be replaced.
