Departmental deposits and payments reminder

Student and Departmental Account Services is the central collection point for all funds submitted to Lewis & Clark.
We strive to provide the highest level of service to our community through providing efficient and accurate transaction data.
Please remember the following when submitting deposits and payments:
- Include a completed Student and Departmental Account Services deposit form with each departmental deposit. The form is available under Services for Faculty and Staff: Forms.
- All cash must be hand delivered and verified with the Cashier.
- Any checks over 6 weeks old will be returned to the department as Unable to Process.
