All three L&C schools will be running full tilt this week as we welcome hundreds of visitors to campus for Homecoming, Parents Weekend, the venture competition, the Business Law Forum, and a variety of other events.

To accommodate our campus visitors we are asking you to take advantage of transportation alternatives on Friday, October 4, 2013. Please consider one of the following options:

Free TriMet Day Passes

The Transportation & Parking office will offer free TriMet day passes to any single occupancy parking permit holder who wishes to use TriMet on October 4, 2013. For more information, contact  503-768-7857 or

Consider organizing a carpool among your office colleagues. Other resources for finding carpools include The Green and at

Pioneer Express

The Pioneer Express is free, offers Real-time GPS tracking datas for Android and iPhones, and can be used in combination with TriMet.

Park at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church

Please remember parking at St. Mark’s is only available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. You may catch the Pioneer Express across the street from the church (at SW Terwilliger Blvd. and SW Maplecrest), or plan to allow yourself 20 minutes of walking time.

Thank you!

Please participate and enjoy the important activities planned for the week. Your support with the parking arrangements will allow others to appreciate the events as well. Visitors bring many benefits to our institution and we thank you in advance for your cooperation in making their visit a pleasant one.

Thank you for your time and efforts,
