Information about the Affordable Care Act for L&C employees

If you are a Lewis & Clark employee who has less than .5 FTE (such as Temp on calls and any adjuncts below .5 FTE.), you are eligible for the Affordable Care Act.

If you are a Lewis & Clark employee and you are eligible for benefits offered by the college, then you are not eligible for the Affordable Care Act.

If you are a Lewis & Clark employee who has less than .5 FTE (such as Temp on calls and any adjuncts below .5 FTE.), you are eligible for the Affordable Care Act. These part-time Lewis & Clark employees have until 3/31/14 to sign up for the coverage.
