Spring semester employee fitness classes begin Jan. 21

Come join the fun, meet new people from across the campuses and start getting healthier today.

You can try a class for the first week to make sure it is right for you.

If you decide to participate, there is a small user fee of $30 per semester (F,Sp,Su) which will give you access to all of the special employee only fitness classes. Payment can be made at Student Accounts. 

Present your receipt to Suzanne Brauer or Angela Dendas who will issue you a card to show the instructors.

Classes include Cardio Tennis, Indoor Cycling, X-Train & Core, and on Fridays only - Pilates, Power Hour, and Yoga.
