Employee Fitness Program - Summer Session

Summer employee fitness classes start next week! There will be three classes a week until July 2. All classes will be noon -12:45 pm.
The User Fee will be only $15 for 7 weeks (pay at Student Accounts (cashier’s office) and give your receipt to the Program Coordinator and/or the Program Staff/Faculty Liaison).
I am sorry to report that the Tennis Coaches are very busy this summer with the academy and camps, so there will be NO Cardio Tennis.
I hope that you will be able to join our available classes, and please share this information with your friends on campus:
I will be planning some “informal” activities, to be announced each week. Those that come and participate will help with the decision. I will start this out by planning a Water Running Work-Out on Monday, May 18, at noon. Swimming skills are not required for this activity. You don’t have to wear a swimsuit, as shorts and a tank top will work just fine.
Tuesday: X-Train & Core
Pamplin 019 (Or outside locations to be announced)
Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, and stretch…it’s a total body workout.
Wednesday: Mind-Body Fusion
Experience a combination of exercises from yoga, Pilates, fitness, and therapy for stamina, stability, strengthening, and stretching.
Pamplin Foyer or outside on the Pamplin Patio
All levels of fitness can ride a stationary bike and sweat together on a fitness journey.
