Passages: Kris Kerstiens Memorial Service

On Saturday, November 28th at 2 PM in Agnes Flanagan Chapel there will be a memorial service for Kris Kerstiens.  

Kris was a student in the Master of Arts in Teaching program in our Graduate School of Education and Counseling, and he died on Saturday, October 31st of ARDS resulting from complications from H1N1.  He was a non-residential student who lived here locally, and his parents are also local residents in Portland.

There is a Facebook page dedicated to Kris.  Just login to Facebook and search for the “Kris Kerstiens Memorial.”  If you would like more information or would like to send the family a note or card please contact Dean of the Chapel Mark Duntley at duntley@lclark.edu for their contact information.  The Kerstiens family suggests that memorial donations may be made directly to the Lutz Foundation charities listed below:
