Animal Law Conference Brought International Message to Sold Out Crowd

The 23rd Annual Animal Law Conference, held October 16-18, 2015

The 23rd Annual Animal Law Conference, held October 16-18, 2015, has been receiving rave reviews from attendees and speakers alike. With an International Animal Law focus, the sold-out audience of more than 250 people gathered to learn from over 40 respected animal law scholars, professors, activists, and other advocates from around the world. Representatives from China, Australia, Kenya, Brazil, Spain, Japan, Switzerland, and beyond provided an extraordinary environment and opportunity to learn about the latest animal law developments, and to make new and important connections to further one’s scholarship and advocacy. Keynote speakers Professor Alex Bruce of Australia National University College of Law, and Jill Robinson, Founder of Animals Asia, gave powerful presentations that both informed and inspired.
